Publisher Terms

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Publisher Eligibility

To participate in the CoinAd publisher network, your website must be crypto or finance related, contain original content and generate genuine organic traffic. Free-hosting domains are not accepted. You verify ownership of each site by placing a meta tag on its home page, after which our team reviews the site. CoinAd may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

Publishers must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By applying, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to place advertisements on the submitted properties. CoinAd may periodically re-evaluate publisher eligibility and may revoke participation if a property no longer meets our standards.

2. Ad Placement Requirements

Publishers display CoinAd advertisements through ad zones created in their dashboard, using the JavaScript tag or iframe code provided for each zone. Ads are only served on verified, approved domains. Publishers shall not modify, obscure, or interfere with the display or functionality of advertisements, including the CoinAd badge shown on each ad.

Popups, auto-refresh, incentivized or purchased traffic, and hidden or stacked ad units are not allowed. Ad placements must not conflict with site navigation or create a confusing user experience, and advertisements must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. Publishers may set a floor price per zone and block ad categories, including gambling, for their sites.

3. Revenue Sharing

Publishers receive 70% of the amount advertisers pay for valid impressions and clicks on their properties, unless a different share is agreed for a specific site.

Revenue is calculated based on valid impressions and clicks as recorded by the CoinAd tracking system. CoinAd's tracking data shall be the sole basis for calculating publisher earnings. Any discrepancies between publisher-side analytics and CoinAd data shall be resolved in favor of CoinAd's records, unless a material error is demonstrated.

4. Balances and Payouts

Earnings first accrue to a pending balance and become withdrawable after a 7-day holding period, during which revenue from activity found to be invalid may be reversed and refunded to advertisers.

CoinAd generates payout statements weekly. The default minimum payout is $50, which publishers can lower to $20 in their payout settings. Payouts are made in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20), USDC, BTC or ETH to the address set in the account, with no withdrawal fee; network fees are paid by the sender. Publishers may also request a payout manually. Publishers are responsible for all taxes applicable to their earnings. CoinAd may withhold payment pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Prohibited Activities

Publishers shall not engage in any activity that artificially inflates impressions, clicks, or other engagement metrics. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Clicking on advertisements displayed on your own properties or encouraging others to do so
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or click farms to generate fraudulent traffic or engagement
  • Placing ads on properties that contain illegal, harmful, or explicitly adult content
  • Misrepresenting traffic sources, audience demographics, or property ownership
  • Interfering with advertiser tracking, redirect URLs, or landing page functionality

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension from the network and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. CoinAd may terminate a publisher's participation immediately and without notice in cases of fraud, breach of these terms, or conduct that harms the integrity of our network.

Upon termination, the publisher must remove all CoinAd ad code from their properties within forty-eight (48) hours. Earned revenue that has cleared the holding period and meets the minimum payout will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, unless the termination is due to fraudulent activity, in which case CoinAd reserves the right to withhold all unpaid earnings.
