1. The service
CoinAd operates an advertising network connecting advertisers with publishers of crypto-related websites. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
3. Advertiser terms
Advertisements are subject to review and may be rejected or removed at our discretion. Prohibited: adult content, fraudulent investment schemes, fake giveaways, malware and illegal products. Gambling ads are accepted only when the campaign is flagged with the gambling category; they must comply with the laws of every targeted region and are not shown in regions where we restrict them. Landing pages must be functional and must not guarantee returns. You are responsible for the legality of your ads in targeted regions.
4. Payments and balances
Deposits are prepayments in USDT (TRC20/ERC20), USDC, BTC or ETH, arranged with our team until online checkout is available. They are credited in USD once the payment is confirmed and are consumed as campaigns deliver. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are borne by the sender. When the balance reaches zero, campaigns stop automatically.
5. Publisher terms
Sites must be crypto or finance related, original and compliant with our placement rules: no popups, auto-refresh, incentivized or purchased traffic, hidden or stacked ad units. Ads may only be shown on approved domains. Publishers may block ad categories, including gambling, for their sites. Earnings are calculated from valid traffic as measured by CoinAd and may be adjusted for invalid activity.
6. Invalid traffic
Bots, automated or self-generated clicks and impressions are prohibited. CoinAd statistics are authoritative. We may withhold payments and close accounts involved in fraud.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible; verify addresses before sending.
8. Sanctions
We do not provide services to persons in, or ordinarily resident in, sanctioned jurisdictions or on sanctions lists.
